"The
food we eat & The houses we live in"
Wed.,
May 27th, from 5:30-7 pm at our showroom
at 983 Northern Blvd., Manhasset.
Watch
and eat the results of a “Green”
Cooking Demo, by WHOLE
FOODS, while hearing about what is taking
place in the world of local/organic foods. This will be
followed by an architect, from Manhattan based “Green
Collaborative”, speaking and answering questions about
what energy saving and environmental improvements are moving
from marginal to main stream regarding residential construction
(i.e. what to take into consideration when you are thinking
about renovating or building).
This
event is 1st in a series of evenings to come. We will end
with a short discussion about what the audience wants to
hear at the next event.
